Shipping & Returns
We ship from our studio with tracked delivery. This page explains processing times, delivery estimates, duties and the conditions for returning an unworn unit.
Delivery times
In-stock units leave our warehouse in 1-2 working days. Made-to-order and custom-coloured units are built in 10-14 working days before dispatch. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $199. Otherwise standard shipping is $12 and express is $28, shown at checkout.
Duties & taxes
Prices do not include import duties or local taxes. These are set by your customs authority and are paid by the recipient on delivery. If a parcel is refused at customs, the return shipping cost is deducted from any refund.
Returns
Unworn units with the tag still attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us with the order number and reason first, then send the parcel with tracking. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the unit is checked.
- · The lace must be uncut and the hair unwashed.
- · Original packaging and the tag must be included.
- · Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Not eligible for return
Made-to-order units, custom-coloured wigs and cut or styled pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Clip-in pieces and front hairpieces are not eligible once worn or trimmed.
